The Southeast CPC is an organization developed to give canopy pilots the opportunity to compete and improve their skills in a sanctioned competition environment on a regional level. The organization will not only challenge skilled pilots but will provide a platform for learning in preparation for national competition and pro swooping events.

Membership will consist of an annual due of $65.00 which will go towards event and course materials expenses along with the end of year Championship trophy. An application is also required for contact information and to determine members’ skill level and license rating.  Membership will allow you to compete in sanctioned events and give the opportunity to compete in the finals at a location to be announced.  Any non league members competing will pay an additional $20.00 for competition. Annual membership fee will not cover competition entry fees or jumps.

Competition will consist of 5 sanctioned events held at various drop zones in the southeast region. Competitions will follow IPC rules for consistency with national events.  A points system based on competition standing will be in place and tallied for all Standard class CPC members. Any non CPC members competing will not be eligible for points tallying and opportunity to win overall competition. Competitors will have to compete in 3 events to qualify for finals

 Licensing will be broken down into two categories; Standard and Pro.   

Points will be tallied by CPC for Standard class members only. Points will be determined by competition placing and totaled over each event and presented for final standings. The competitor with the highest total points will be crowned overall winner. The top 4 scores will be carried over to the final event. If a competitor competes in all five events, the lowest score will be dropped.
